US FARM BILL

In 2013 the state of Colorado legalized hemp farming. The Agricultural Act of 2014 (US Farm Bill) opened the doors to industrial hemp cultivation for pilot programs and hemp research. Thanks to the US Farm Bill, hemp-derived CBD products can now be shipped to all 50 states.

The 2014 Farm Bill was signed into law by former President Obama. Section 7606 of the bill re-established the legal cultivation and marketing of hemp on US soil through state agricultural departments.
